FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBANGUNAN DESA LOROG TAWANGSARI SUKOHARJO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transparency, accountability, community participation and village fund allocation management on the development of Lorog Tawangsari village. The population in this study was the entire community of Lorog Tawangsari Village, Sukoharjo Regency who already had voting rights and/or were 18 years of age using the accidental sampling method, with a total of 100 people. Based on the Slovin formula, with an error rate of 10%. The analysis technique in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study prove the regression results in the regression equation that Transparency, Accountability, Community Participation and Management of Village Fund Allocation, has a positive effect on Lorog Tawangsari Village Development. The results of the t-test show that, Transparency, Community Participation and Management of Village Fund Allocations have a positive and significant effect on Lorog Tawangsari Village Development. The results of the F test show that Transparency, Accountability, Community Participation and Management of Village Fund Allocations have a positive and significant impact on Lorog Tawangsari Village Development. The results of the R2 test (coefficient of determination) show that Transparency of Accountability of Community Participation and Management of Village Fund Allocations is able to explain 95.1% of the Lorog Tawangsari Village Development variable, while 4.9% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as tax socialization, the system taxes, tax reform and others.
