KAPASITAS AKSES SUMBERDAYA, PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASI DAN KEMAMPUAN DINAMIS UKM DI BAWAH KETIDAKPASTIAN POST COVID-19
An increasingly dynamic organizational environment. In an environment that changes dynamically and is full of uncertainty, organizations need to have dynamic capacity to survive and seize opportunities for change. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the resource acccess capacity of the owner-manager of SMEs on the dynamic abilities of SMEs both directly and through organizational learning. The research was conducted in the conditions of the Post Covid-19 environmental uncertainty. The research was conducted on 142 of CSR Program Partners of one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia.. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study generally found that the management capacity of the owner-manager of SMEs has an effect on the dynamic capacity of SMEs either directly or through organizational learning. The indirect effect of capacity building programs on the dynamic capacity of SMEs through organizational learning is greater than the direct effect on dynamic capacity. In conditions of changing environment, the dynamic capabilities of SMEs need to be supported by management capacity, namely easy access to information and markets, access to finance, access to cooperation, access to innovation and technology for survival, reactive and adaptive to change.
