ANALISIS PENGARUH MARKET CAPITAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN SALES GROWTH TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PERIODE 2019-2021 (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Transportasi yang Tercatat di BEI)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of market capital, company size, sales growth on the capital structure of transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The sampling method uses the purposive sampling method, based on predetermined criteria, obtaining a sample of 21 transportation companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2021 period. The analytical techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis using the spss 26 program. The results showed that the calculation of the t test (partial) that market capital has a significance value of 0.091>0.05 company size has a significance value of 0.000?0.05 and sales growth has a significance value of - 1.626>0.05. While the calculation results show the F test (simultaneous) that there is a significance value of 0.003?0.05. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that market capital partially has no influence on the capital structure, the size of the company partially has an influence on the capital structure, and sales growth partially has no influence on the capital structure. Meanwhile, simultaneously between market capital, company size, sales growth has an influence on the capital structure.
