Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Tacit Knowledge Sharing pada Innovative Work Behaviour: Big Five Personality di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta, melibatkan 131 tenaga kependidikan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SEM-PLS dengan Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah extraversion berpengaruh positif signifikan pada tacit knowledge sharing. Conscientiousness tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada tacit knowledge sharing. Agreeableness tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada tacit knowledge sharing. Emotional stability berpengaruh positif signifikan pada tacit knowledge sharing. Openness tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada tacit knowledge sharing. Tacit knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan pada innovative work behavior.
